6000 Series Top Head Drive
Holte’s 6000 Series Top Head Drive is Reverse Circulation ready. High Torque. Available with one to four hydraulic motors giving you a full range of continuous torque from 6,500 to 94,000 foot pounds (0.7KNM to 7.6KNM). RPM range is from 0.2 to 19 RPM. The 6000 Series Top Head Drive has n 8” spindle opening that can be sleeved to 6”. Depending on the application and drill depth. The Rotary Top Drive can also be converted to conventional drilling.

– Air inlet swivel
– Cuttings discharge with replaceable wear plate

– Bulkhead with all hydraulic and air connection

Holte customers who have purchased a Rotary Top Drive, often bring their drilling rig to Holte’s fabrication facility to have it custom fit to their rig. These installations have included the Holte Rotary Top Drive with a cylinder mounted pneumatic casing driver and reverse circulation drill pipe. These systems have been fitted to Holte RC or conventional underreaming drills ranging from 10” to 42”. Holte Manufacturing delivers a complete system custom built with durable craftsmanship.
Holte Rotary Top Head Drives are engineered to meet the needs of our customers. The powerful 6000 base model features dual drive motors and is upgradable to quad drive motors. The 6000 will drive drill tube with 6” or 8” return pipe, and is field swappable between sizes.
